Delivery & Returns

Upon receiving your order the item will be dispatched within 2 working days by Aust Post. In the event of an item not being in stock, you will be contacted to discuss delivery times. 

Delivery Times & Charges

Australia: Free shipping for orders $150 and over; $7.95 for all orders below $150. Delivery 2-7 days from dispatch.

New Zealand:  $15AUD per order. 5-7 days from dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason simply return it within 30 days and it will be promptly exchanged or a refund issued.  We will accept the return of all items including swimsuits, but not briefs.

The returned item/s may be re-packaged in the original envelope and clearly re-labelled.  Alternatively, a new envelope/satchel may be used.  Also include a copy of the original invoice with the reason for return.
